Bahan:

500 gr buntut sapi potong-potong, 3 btg daun bawang ptg kasar, 250 gr wortel ptg2, 250 gr kentang ptg2, 100 gr tomat ptg2, 3 siung bwg pth, 300 gr kacang merah, merica, garam, pala & bwg goreng secukupnya, kaldu sapi blok.

Cara memasak:

Rebus buntut dgn air sebanyak 2 liter hingga daging lunak dan kaldu tinggal 1 ltr. Bwg pth, merica, garam & lada dihaluskan, lalu masukkan ke dlm kaldu. Rebus hingga mendidih. Setelah itu masukkan wortel, kentang & kacang merah, tambahkan tomat, daun bwg, kaldu sapi blok. Setelah masak hidangkan & taburkan bwg goreng secukupnya.
