Bahan : 500 gr sayap ayam

Bumbu : Haluskan 3 siung bwg pth dgn 1 sdt ketumbar, sedikit merica & kunir

Cara membuat :

Masukkan potongan sayap ayam ke dlm panci kmd masukkan bumbu halus beri sedikit air kmd tutup & diungkep sampai bumbu meresap. Setelah air habis angkat & dinginkan kmd siap utk digoreng. Hidangkan dgn lalapan serta sambal tomat...hmmmm sedap....
